So, yesterday, we went to see Paramore for my birthday. It was seriously probably the best show I've ever been to.

But the day started out like this:

Sarah got to my place around three, and we went up stairs and I showed her a This Providence song, because they were going to be there, and she'd never heard of them. Then, around 3:15, I called Shelby to see where she was, and she said she was on her way. So then, Shelby got there around 3:30. Then we went to a pizza place out in Nashville, and that was where Courtney called and said she couldn't come. So now, we had a an extra ticket. We debated on who to call, and we decided on Alexis. So, her dad dropped her off at the venue at like seven, and then the fun began. This show started at 7:30 or so.

The first band was Lorien:

During their set, Alexis and I saw Chad from Backseat Goodbye drumming for them. It was pretty awesome.

Then, after Lorien finished, This Providence played. They were bad ass. But so was every other band last night.

After This Providence was finished, Family Force 5 played. The best pictures I have are of them, because I was way closer at that point.

THEN, Paramore came on. It was sooo much fun, and I got some good ones of them.

It was without a doubt the best birthday yet. We're going to have to do that again next year.
